• This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial and labor laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Colombia Bogotá, Cundinamarca.
• The Speech Therapist must maintain valid professional liability insurance (seguro de responsabilidad civil profesional) with a minimum coverage of COP 500,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
• The Speech Therapist shall comply with all data protection regulations under Ley 1581 de 2012 (Colombian Data Protection Law) and ensure the confidentiality of all patient records generated during the service period in Colombia Bogotá.
• The Speech Therapist is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Purchasing Entity. This Purchase Order does not create an employer-employee relationship.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Purchasing Entity shall compensate the Speech Therapist for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
• The Speech Therapist shall not subcontract any portion of the services outlined in this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the Procurement Manager.
• All clinical records, reports, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall be the property of the Purchasing Entity and stored at the Colombia Bogotá facility.
