The Speech Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order shall operate exclusively within the premises of the Osaka Metropolitan Health & Rehabilitation Center in Japan Osaka, with the option to conduct home-visit therapy sessions for patients residing within a 25-kilometer radius of the Japan Osaka facility. The Speech Therapist must hold a valid license issued by the Japan Speech-Language-Hearing Association (JSLHA) and maintain current registration with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. All clinical documentation, patient records, and progress reports generated by the Speech Therapist shall be maintained in accordance with Japan's Personal Information Protection Act (APPI) and the facility's internal data governance policies.
