- Scope of Engagement: This Purchase Order authorizes the engagement of the named Speech Therapist to deliver professional speech-language pathology services at the Capital Children's Development Centre, Islamabad, Pakistan. The Speech Therapist shall adhere to the clinical standards set by the Pakistan Speech-Language Pathology Association and the regulatory guidelines of the Islamabad Capital Territory Health Department.
- Qualifications & Licensure: The Speech Therapist must hold a valid Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution in Pakistan or an internationally accredited university, and must maintain an active registration with the Pakistan Speech-Language Pathology Association. Proof of registration shall be submitted prior to the commencement of services.
- Service Delivery Location: All clinical services, assessments, group sessions, and parent workshops shall be conducted at the designated facility in Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Buyer's Director of Clinical Services.
- Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted on the last working day of each calendar month. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice bearing the vendor's NTN and GST registration number, in compliance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Islamabad requirements.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: The Speech Therapist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all patient records in accordance with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill and institutional privacy policies. No patient information shall be disclosed to third parties without written parental consent.
- Performance Standards: The Speech Therapist is expected to maintain a minimum patient satisfaction score of 85% as measured by quarterly feedback surveys. Failure to meet this standard for two consecutive quarters shall constitute grounds for review of this Purchase Order.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be liable for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with specific reference to the Islamabad Capital Territory municipal and health regulations.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns in Islamabad, or public health emergencies declared by the Islamabad Capital Territory government.
