6. Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In the event of cancellation by the buyer, payment shall be made for all services rendered up to the date of cancellation.
7. Performance Standards: The Speech Therapist shall adhere to the clinical protocols and treatment plans approved by the buyer's medical director. Failure to meet performance benchmarks for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for termination of this Purchase Order.
8. Insurance: The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of LKR 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order, valid within Sri Lanka Colombo and the broader Western Province.
9. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo as per the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
10. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
