Scope of Services & Line ItemsThis Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Special Education Centre to formally engage the services of a qualified Speech Therapist through ClearVoice Therapy & Communication LLC. The Speech Therapist shall provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students with communication disorders, articulation difficulties, language delays, and related developmental conditions at the centre's facility located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. All services shall be delivered in accordance with the regulatory standards set forth by the Department of Health & Prevention (DoH) Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK).

1. Qualification Requirements: The Speech Therapist assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field, be registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, and possess a valid professional licence to practise in the United Arab Emirates. A minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification clinical experience in paediatric speech therapy is required.
2. Service Delivery Location: All services shall be rendered at the Al Noor Special Education Centre premises, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, during the centre's operational hours of 08:00 to 16:00, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the UAE working week.
3. Regulatory Compliance: The Speech Therapist and the service provider shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to the Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, ADEK licensing requirements, and DoH Abu Dhabi clinical practice guidelines for speech-language pathology.
4. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments of AED 42,735.00 each, due at the commencement of the contract, at the midpoint of the service period, and upon completion of all deliverables. Invoices must be submitted to the purchasing entity's accounts payable department in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
5. Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of fourteen (14) calendar days. In the event of early termination, the purchasing entity shall be liable only for services rendered up to the date of termination, less any applicable pro-rata adjustments.
6. Confidentiality: All student records, assessment data, and clinical notes generated by the Speech Therapist shall be treated as strictly confidential. The service provider shall not disclose any personal information in accordance with UAE data protection legislation and the centre's internal privacy policies.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the UAE Civil Transactions Law.
8. Insurance: The service provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
