• 3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Harare Children's Development Centre and Excellence Speech & Language Therapy (Pvt) Ltd for the provision of Speech Therapist services in Zimbabwe Harare. Both parties agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
• 3.2 The Speech Therapist assigned under this Purchase Order must maintain valid professional registration with the Zimbabwe Health Professions Council and carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of USD 250,000 for the entire duration of the contract.
• 3.3 All services shall be rendered at the designated facility in Zimbabwe Harare unless prior written approval is obtained from the centre's Director of Clinical Services for off-site interventions (e.g., home visits or school-based therapy).
• 3.4 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-HCDC-2025-00847) and be submitted to the finance department at the Zimbabwe Harare office.
