5.3 Deliverables: The Statistician shall submit all reports, models, and documentation in both Arabic and French, in accordance with the bilingual requirements of the Republic of Algeria. Electronic copies shall be delivered in PDF and editable formats.

5.4 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery of the mid-project statistical report, and 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified by the Statistician.

5.5 Confidentiality: The Statistician agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, business strategies, and internal information accessed during the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.

5.8 Intellectual Property: All statistical models, analyses, reports, and methodologies developed under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of SAAP upon full payment.
