Payment for all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Statistician. The payment schedule is as follows: forty percent (40%) upon execution of this Purchase Order, thirty-five percent (35%) upon delivery and acceptance of the primary statistical model and survey analysis (Line Items 1 and 2), and the remaining twenty-five percent (25%) upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Invoices shall be submitted to the procurement office of the Instituto de Investigaciones Económicas de Córdoba, located in Argentina Córdoba. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt, in accordance with the applicable public procurement regulations of the Province of Córdoba.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the purchasing entity and the Statistician upon signature by both parties. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, and the national Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Republic.
- The Statistician warrants that all statistical analyses, models, and reports delivered under this Purchase Order shall be performed with professional diligence, in accordance with internationally recognized statistical standards (including those published by the American Statistical Association and the International Statistical Institute).
- All intellectual property, data, and deliverables produced in the course of this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the purchasing entity upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios, subject to a non-disclosure agreement covering sensitive data.
- The Statistician shall comply with all data protection and privacy regulations applicable in Argentina Córdoba, including Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and any provincial amendments enacted by the Province of Córdoba.
- Any modifications, scope changes, or extensions to this Purchase Order must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be enforceable.
