• Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the midpoint milestone (Week 10), and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables.
• All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's nominated Australian bank account within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice.
• Overdue payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and applicable NSW commercial tenancy and contract legislation.
• The Supplier must provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and GST registration certificate prior to the first payment being processed.
