This Purchase Order is issued by Guangzhou Advanced Analytics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to procure the professional services of a qualified Statistician (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for a defined period of engagement in China Guangzhou. The Statistician shall provide comprehensive statistical consulting, data modeling, and analytical support services as detailed below.

The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the jurisdiction of China Guangzhou:

• Design and implement rigorous statistical sampling frameworks for the Buyer's ongoing consumer research initiatives conducted across the China Guangzhou metropolitan area.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and advanced predictive modelling using industry-standard statistical software.
• Provide weekly progress reports to the Buyer's Project Management Office, detailing statistical findings, confidence intervals, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with the Buyer's internal data engineering team to ensure data integrity, reproducibility, and compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
• Attend bi-weekly stakeholder meetings held at the Buyer's headquarters in Tianhe District, China Guangzhou, to present statistical results and recommend corrective analytical actions.
• Maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary data and statistical models developed under this Purchase Order, in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) referenced in Section 7.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all amounts denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and payable via bank transfer to the Statistician's designated account in China Guangzhou:

• 30% Advance Payment (CNY 109,455.60): Due within 10 business days of the date of this Purchase Order, upon receipt of a valid tax invoice.
• 40% Progress Payment (CNY 145,940.80): Due upon successful delivery and acceptance of Milestone M3 (interim statistical report).
• 30% Final Payment (CNY 109,455.60): Due within 15 business days of final acceptance of Milestone M5 deliverables.

All payments are subject to the Buyer's standard accounts payable verification process. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou, China Guangzhou.
2. The Statistician warrants that all statistical analyses, models, and reports delivered under this Purchase Order shall be original, free from plagiarism, and conducted in full compliance with the ethical standards of the Chinese Statistical Society.
3. The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice if the Statistician fails to meet any two consecutive milestone deadlines without a mutually agreed extension.
4. All intellectual property, statistical models, datasets, and documentation created specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of the Buyer upon full payment.
5. The Statistician shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations in China Guangzhou, including the Data Security Law and the Personal Information Protection Law, throughout the engagement period.
6. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Statistician services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
