• Design and implement a robust sampling strategy for supplementary field data collection in the Bogotá savanna region.
• Perform time-series forecasting using ARIMA, GARCH, and state-space models for a 5-year projection window.
• Prepare a comprehensive statistical report (minimum 120 pages) including methodology, assumptions, sensitivity analyses, and actionable recommendations.
• Deliver two (2) in-person presentation sessions to the executive board in Colombia Bogotá, summarizing key findings and model outputs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and model recalibration for a period of 90 days following project completion.

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andes Analytics Solutions S.A.S. and the named Statistician upon countersignature. All services shall be rendered in accordance with Colombian labor and commercial regulations applicable in Colombia Bogotá.

4.2 The Statistician shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary data, model parameters, and business intelligence accessed during the engagement. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A and is incorporated by reference into this Purchase Order.

4.3 All deliverables, including but not limited to code, models, reports, and presentations, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of Andes Analytics Solutions S.A.S. upon full payment of the amounts specified in this Purchase Order.

4.4 The Statistician is classified as an independent contractor for the purposes of this engagement. No employer-employee relationship is created by this Purchase Order. The Statistician is solely responsible for the payment of applicable Colombian taxes, social security contributions (Pensión, Salud, ARL), and any other statutory obligations.

4.5 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Statistician. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-04871). Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Colombian Superintendencia Financiera.

4.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Statistician shall be compensated for all services rendered and approved deliverables completed up to the termination date.

4.7 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colombia Bogotá, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.

This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. The Statistician shall confirm acceptance by signing and returning a copy of this document to the procurement department of Andes Analytics Solutions S.A.S. in Colombia Bogotá.
