- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andina Data Analytics S.A.S. and the named Statistician for the provision of professional statistical services in Colombia Medellín. Acceptance of this Purchase Order by the vendor signifies full agreement to all terms herein.
- The Statistician shall perform all duties in compliance with Colombian labor regulations, data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012 – Ley de Protección de Datos Personales), and the professional ethical code of the Colombian Statistical Association.
- All deliverables, including but not limited to statistical models, code, datasets, and reports produced under this Purchase Order, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of Andina Data Analytics S.A.S. upon full payment.
- The Statistician is required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, trade secrets, and business information encountered during the engagement in Colombia Medellín. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Statistician within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, provided all deliverables have been accepted in writing by the Project Manager.
- The Statistician shall work a minimum of six (6) hours per day, Monday through Friday, at the Andina Data Analytics office in Colombia Medellín, unless a remote work arrangement is mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Any changes to the scope of work, timeline, or deliverables must be documented through a formal Purchase Order amendment signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall not be binding.
- In the event of non-performance or breach of contract, the Statistician shall be liable for damages in accordance with the Colombian Commercial Code (Código de Comercio) and applicable civil law.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
- The Statistician shall provide weekly progress reports every Friday by 5:00 PM (Colombia time) to the designated project coordinator.
