2. The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain all professional certifications, including but not limited to membership in the Société Française de Statistique (SFS) and compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards applicable to statistical consulting in France.
3. All work performed by the Statistician shall be conducted primarily at the Buyer’s premises located in France Lyon (69009), with the option of remote work for up to two (2) days per week, subject to the Buyer’s prior written approval.

5. 8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting the France Lyon region.
9. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the engagement of the Statistician and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

The Statistician shall commence services on or before 1 July 2025 at the Buyer’s facility in France Lyon. All deliverables, including interim statistical reports and the final ANSM submission package, shall be submitted in both digital (PDF and native file formats) and printed form. The Buyer shall have fifteen (15) business days from the date of delivery to inspect and accept or reject each deliverable.
