The Statistician shall be responsible for designing and implementing rigorous statistical frameworks, conducting multivariate analyses, performing Bayesian inference on regional economic datasets, and delivering peer-reviewed quality reports. All deliverables must comply with the French data protection regulations (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in France Marseille jurisdictions.

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Provence Analytics Group SAS and the named Statistician upon signature by both parties. All work shall be performed in accordance with French labour law and the professional code of conduct governing statisticians registered in France.

4.2 The Statistician shall maintain full professional independence in all analytical conclusions. No party shall exert undue influence on statistical findings. All methodologies must be documented and reproducible.

4.3 All on-site work within the France Marseille area shall be conducted during standard business hours (08:30–17:30 CET). Travel time between the Statistician's office in Aix-en-Provence and the Marseille work sites is included in the quoted rates.

4.4 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

4.5 The Statistician shall provide weekly progress reports to the procurement officer at Provence Analytics Group. Any material deviation from the agreed scope must be communicated in writing within forty-eight (48) hours.

4.6 Intellectual property in all statistical models, code, and reports produced under this Purchase Order shall vest in Provence Analytics Group SAS upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios, subject to a non-disclosure period of twelve (12) months.

4.7 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marseille, France, or to arbitration under the rules of the CCI Marseille-Provence.

All deliverables shall be submitted electronically in PDF and native software formats (R, Python, or Stata) to the designated project manager. The France Marseille office shall have ten (10) business days to review and formally accept or request revisions. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing. Failure to respond within the review period shall constitute deemed acceptance.

Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice.
