This Purchase Order formally engages the named Statistician to perform advanced quantitative analysis services for Frankfurt Analytics & Data Solutions GmbH, headquartered in Germany Frankfurt. The Statistician shall apply rigorous statistical methods including but not limited to Bayesian inference, time-series decomposition, and machine-learning-assisted hypothesis testing. All work shall be conducted in accordance with the professional standards set forth by the German Statistical Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Statistik) and applicable ISO 9001 quality management requirements.
The Statistician is expected to maintain full transparency regarding data sources, assumptions, and limitations. All deliverables produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the buyer upon full payment. The Statistician shall not disclose any proprietary data or findings to third parties without written consent from Frankfurt Analytics & Data Solutions GmbH.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany Frankfurt.
- The Statistician shall commence work no later than 20 June 2025 and shall submit a detailed project timeline within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified by the Statistician. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (FRK-STAT-2025-04872) and include a valid German VAT identification number.
- Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Purchase Order value requires a written amendment signed by both parties. The Statistician shall not proceed with additional work without such authorization.
- The Statistician shall comply with all applicable German data protection laws, including the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), particularly regarding the handling of personal data collected in the Germany Frankfurt region.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting the Germany Frankfurt metropolitan area, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Frankfurt am Main. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may initiate proceedings before the Local Court (Amtsgericht) or Regional Court (Landgericht) of Frankfurt, depending on the claim amount.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the engagement of the Statistician for the described services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
