This Purchase Order authorizes the engagement of a qualified Statistician to deliver comprehensive statistical consulting, data analysis, and quantitative modeling services for the issuing entity's operations in Indonesia Jakarta. - This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and shall be interpreted in accordance with Indonesian commercial and tax regulations applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The Statistician shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, algorithms, and business intelligence shared during the engagement. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Appendix A to this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, subject to satisfactory acceptance of deliverables by the client's project manager in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All statistical reports, code repositories, and analytical documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the issuing entity upon full payment.
- The Statistician is required to comply with all data protection obligations under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022) when handling any personal data encountered during the engagement.
- Any modification, extension, or cancellation of this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta before resorting to litigation at the Commercial Court of South Jakarta District.
- The Statistician warrants that all methodologies, software tools, and analytical techniques employed shall meet or exceed the professional standards established by the Indonesian Statistical Society (PSSI) and the International Association for Statistical Computing (IASC).
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Failure to execute the engagement within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void unless renewed in writing.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the project coordination office in Indonesia Jakarta at the address stated above.
