- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the applicable procurement regulations of the Tehran Municipality. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Tehran Arbitration Center located in Iran Tehran.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order by the Statistician, 40% upon delivery and approval of the primary deliverables (Items 1 and 2), and 20% upon completion of all remaining services.
