The Statistician is required to deliver the following services during the contract period:

• Design and implementation of multivariate statistical models for the company's annual market research programme conducted across the Lombardy region, with primary data collection sites in Italy Milan and surrounding provinces.
• Preparation of comprehensive statistical reports, including regression analyses, hypothesis testing, confidence interval estimation, and Bayesian inference frameworks, to be delivered in both Italian and English.
• On-site consultation sessions at the Milan headquarters (minimum four (4) sessions per month) to advise the internal research team on experimental design, sampling methodology, and data interpretation.
• Development and validation of predictive analytics algorithms using R, Python, and SAS software platforms, tailored to the specific datasets generated by the company's operations in Italy Milan.
• Peer review and quality assurance of all statistical outputs prior to their inclusion in the company's published research journals and regulatory submissions to the Italian National Institute of Statistics (ISTAT).
