- Place of Performance: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's facility located in Japan Osaka, specifically at the Umeda headquarters and the Namba production site. The Statistician is expected to be physically present in Japan Osaka for a minimum of four (4) business days per week.
- Engagement Period: The Statistician engagement shall commence on 1 July 2025 and conclude on 31 December 2025, unless extended by mutual written agreement between both parties.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. The initial 20% mobilization fee is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account specified above.
