- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice receipt. A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal installments upon milestone completion as defined in Section 4. All transactions shall be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the Statistician's registered account in Japan Tokyo.
- Work Location: All on-site deliverables, presentations, and consultations shall take place at the purchasing entity's headquarters located in Minato-ku, Japan Tokyo, or at the Statistician's registered practice in Shibuya-ku, Japan Tokyo, as mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Intellectual Property: All statistical models, code, reports, and analytical outputs produced by the Statistician under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Tokyo Precision Analytics Co., Ltd. upon full payment.
