This Purchase Order authorizes the engagement of a qualified Statistician to provide comprehensive statistical analysis, data modeling, and quantitative research services on behalf of the Buyer. The Statistician shall be physically present and perform all duties at the designated office premises located in Kuwait, Kuwait City, in full compliance with the labor and professional regulations of the State of Kuwait. The scope of work encompasses the design of sampling frameworks, execution of multivariate regression analyses, preparation of national economic indicators, and the delivery of peer-reviewed statistical reports to the Ministry's executive committee. The Statistician is expected to hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative discipline, and must possess no fewer than seven (7) years of professional experience in government or institutional statistical work.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and the Kuwaiti Commercial Transactions Law. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
2. The Statistician shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the Buyer's headquarters in Kuwait, Kuwait City. Failure to report on the agreed date shall entitle the Buyer to terminate this Purchase Order without penalty.
3. All statistical data, datasets, models, and reports produced by the Statistician during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the Buyer. The Statistician shall sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing work.
4. Payment shall be made in monthly installments of KWD 2,483.33 (one-twelfth of the total) via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Kuwait, Kuwait City, within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the monthly invoice.
5. The Statistician is required to maintain a valid professional registration with the Kuwait Statistical Society and shall present proof of such registration at the time of onboarding in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
6. The Seller warrants that the Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order possesses all qualifications, certifications, and professional licenses required to perform statistical work in the State of Kuwait. Any misrepresentation shall constitute grounds for immediate termination.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Kuwait, Kuwait City, shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order for the duration of the event, with a maximum suspension period of sixty (60) consecutive days.
8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by written mutual consent of both parties, executed in the presence of an authorized representative of the Buyer in Kuwait, Kuwait City.

All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively at the Buyer's premises located in the Al-Salimiyah District, Kuwait, Kuwait City, State of Kuwait. The Statistician shall report to the Director of Quantitative Research on a daily basis during standard working hours (Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Kuwait Standard Time). Fieldwork activities, where applicable, shall be conducted within the administrative boundaries of Kuwait, Kuwait City, and its immediate governorate.
