The Statistician shall perform all professional duties in accordance with the Malaysian Standards for Statistical Practice and shall report directly to the Head of Quantitative Research Division. All on-site work, meetings, and deliverable presentations related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted at the company's principal office located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, specifically at Level 24, Menara Maxis, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Analytics & Data Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter "the Purchaser") and the named Statistician (hereinafter "the Service Provider") for the provision of statistical and quantitative research services as described herein.
2. The Statistician shall perform all services with the degree of skill, care, and diligence expected of a qualified professional Statistician registered in Malaysia, and shall comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Malaysian Standard MS 15250 for statistical data handling.
3. All work deliverables, reports, code, and intellectual property produced under this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of the Purchaser upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios, subject to a 30-day confidentiality clearance period.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a valid tax invoice issued by the Statistician. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in this Purchase Order. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated under the Late Payment of Outstanding Debts Act 2017 (Malaysia).
5. The Statistician shall be available for on-site work at the Purchaser's office in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Malaysian public holidays). Remote work may be permitted with prior written approval from the Head of Quantitative Research Division.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Purchaser shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination, and the Statistician shall deliver all work-in-progress materials to the Purchaser's Malaysia Kuala Lumpur office.
7. The Statistician shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of MYR 1,000,000 and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request. The Statistician shall also maintain a valid professional registration with the Malaysian Statistical Society or an equivalent recognised body.
8. All communications, reports, and deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be prepared in English, with key summaries available in Bahasa Malaysia where required for internal stakeholder presentations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
9. This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
10. The Statistician shall not subcontract any portion of the services described in this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the Purchaser. Any approved subcontractor must also be based in or regularly working in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
