This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Pagoda Analytics & Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser") to engage the services of a qualified Statistician for the purpose of conducting comprehensive data analysis, statistical modelling, and research methodology design for the Purchaser's ongoing market research programme in Myanmar Yangon. The Statistician shall be responsible for designing survey instruments, performing inferential and descriptive statistical analyses, developing predictive models, and presenting findings to senior management and external stakeholders. All work shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards established by the Myanmar Statistical Society and international best practices in quantitative research.

The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following outputs within the stipulated timelines:

1. A comprehensive sampling framework document covering probability and non-probability sampling techniques appropriate for the demographic profile of Myanmar Yangon, with a minimum sample size of 2,500 respondents.
2. A fully cleaned and coded dataset in SPSS and R formats, accompanied by a data dictionary and quality assurance report.
3. A statistical analysis report of no fewer than 60 pages, including all model outputs, hypothesis test results, confidence intervals, and effect size calculations.
4. An interactive visualisation dashboard (built in Tableau or equivalent) summarising key findings for executive review.
5. A final presentation delivered in person at the Purchaser's headquarters in Yangon, Myanmar, with a minimum of two follow-up revision cycles.

Payment for the services described in this Purchase Order shall be made in three instalments via bank transfer to the Statistician's designated account at the Myanmar Economic Bank, Yangon branch:

1. Instalment 1 (40%): MMK 5,943,000 – payable within 14 calendar days of the commencement date of the engagement.
2. Instalment 2 (35%): MMK 5,200,125 – payable upon submission and acceptance of the interim statistical analysis report.
3. Instalment 3 (25%): MMK 3,714,375 – payable within 10 business days of final delivery and written acceptance of all deliverables.

All payments are subject to the Purchaser's standard invoice verification process. Late payments shall incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Myanmar commercial law.

The Statistician shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025 at the Purchaser's office located at No. 42, 27th Street, Kamayut Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The total engagement period is estimated at 20 weeks, with a projected completion date of 28 November 2025. Any extension of the timeline must be approved in writing by both parties and shall be documented as an amendment to this Purchase Order.
