The Statistician shall possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative discipline, with no fewer than eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in statistical consulting. The Statistician must hold a valid Saudi Arabian work permit (Iqama) or be eligible for one to be issued, and must demonstrate full proficiency in the Arabic language to facilitate effective communication with local government bodies and clients operating within Saudi Arabia Jeddah and the broader Makkah region.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Jeddah, at the Buyer's discretion.
2. The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, data protection regulations (including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law – PDPL), and industry-specific compliance requirements enforced by the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
3. All data, models, reports, and intellectual property produced by the Statistician during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Al-Nakheel Analytics & Data Solutions Co. Ltd. The Statistician shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
