This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Analytics & Data Solutions Co. Ltd., headquartered in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Statistician for a period of twelve (12) months. The Statistician shall be engaged to support the company's research, data modeling, and analytical operations in alignment with the Vision 2030 national data strategy and the regulatory frameworks established by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) operating out of Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

1. Scope and Deliverables: The Statistician shall deliver all analytical outputs, statistical reports, model documentation, and data visualizations in accordance with the project specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. All deliverables must be submitted to the designated project manager at the Saudi Arabia Riyadh office no later than the 5th business day of each month.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of SAR 200,100.00 (inclusive of 15% VAT) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by Kingdom Statistical Consulting Group. All transactions shall be conducted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) in compliance with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
3. Qualifications and Compliance: The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related quantitative field, with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience. The Statistician must be in full compliance with all labor laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Iqama (residency permit) requirements, and must adhere to the data protection and privacy standards enforced by SDAIA in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
4. Intellectual Property: All statistical models, datasets, reports, and analytical work products created by the Statistician in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Al-Riyadh Analytics & Data Solutions Co. Ltd. The Statistician shall not reproduce, distribute, or utilize any proprietary data or methodologies for any third party without prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality: The Statistician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, client information, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Statistician shall deliver all completed and in-progress work products to the buyer within fourteen (14) days of the termination effective date.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Saudi Arabia Riyadh in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Statistician in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This document constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
