The engaged Statistician shall be responsible for the following deliverables and professional obligations throughout the engagement period in Singapore Singapore:
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis using industry-standard software (R, Python, SAS, or SPSS) on all datasets provided by the purchasing entity.
- Ensure all statistical methodologies comply with the standards set forth by the Singapore Statistical Society and the relevant regulatory bodies operating within Singapore Singapore.
- Deliver all reports, models, and analytical outputs in a timely manner as specified in the project milestones attached to this Purchase Order.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data and business information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
- Provide a minimum of two (2) on-site consultation days per month at the buyer's office located in Singapore Singapore.
- Participate in quarterly review meetings to present statistical findings and recommend data-driven strategic decisions.
- Ensure all statistical outputs are reproducible, well-documented, and subject to internal peer review before final delivery.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of all major deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the buyer's Head of Data Operations.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Statistician's designated account in Singapore Singapore. Bank details are provided in Appendix A of this document.
- Payment Due Date: Each instalment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per Singapore commercial practice.
- Currency: All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). No foreign currency conversion shall apply as all services are rendered within Singapore Singapore.
- Tax Compliance: The Statistician shall be responsible for all applicable income tax obligations in Singapore Singapore. GST at the prevailing rate of 9% is included in the total amount.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature by both the buyer and the Statistician.
- The Statistician warrants that all professional services shall be performed with the skill, care, and diligence expected of a qualified statistical professional registered in Singapore Singapore.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Statistician shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date.
