2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Scope of Work: The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all statistical analyses, data interpretations, and quantitative assessments strictly within the boundaries of South Korea Seoul. Any travel outside the Seoul metropolitan area must be pre-approved in writing by the Buyer's Procurement Director.
  • Qualification Requirements: The Statistician must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative discipline from an accredited institution in South Korea or internationally. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience as a Statistician in the financial, pharmaceutical, or market research sectors is required.
  • Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the 90th day of the Statistician's engagement, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all statistical reports. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by Seoul Quantitative Research Institute in Seoul, South Korea.
  • Confidentiality: The Statistician shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea and the Financial Services Commission's data handling regulations. All datasets collected and processed in South Korea Seoul shall remain within Korean jurisdiction and shall not be transferred to foreign servers without explicit written consent.
  • Intellectual Property: All statistical models, methodologies, reports, and analytical outputs produced by the Statistician under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Hanbit Analytics Group Co., Ltd. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios only with prior written approval.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Statistician for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order regarding the Statistician's services in South Korea Seoul shall be resolved through arbitration at the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul.
  • Compliance: The Statistician shall comply with all applicable Korean labor laws, tax obligations, and professional licensing requirements applicable to statistical practitioners operating in South Korea Seoul.
3. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

All deliverables produced by the Statistician, including but not limited to statistical reports, model documentation, data visualizations, and executive summaries, shall be submitted to the Buyer's office located in Gangnam-gu, South Korea Seoul, no later than the deadlines specified in the project timeline. The Buyer shall have ten (10) business days to review and accept or reject each deliverable. Rejection must be accompanied by a written explanation of deficiencies, and the Statistician shall have five (5) business days to address and resubmit the corrected materials.
