• A comprehensive statistical methodology document outlining sampling strategies, variable definitions, and analytical frameworks tailored to the regional economic dataset specific to the Valencia metropolitan area.
• Full execution of all quantitative analyses, including but not limited to descriptive statistics, inferential testing, time-series forecasting, and spatial statistical modelling relevant to the Comunitat Valenciana region.
• Three (3) peer-review-quality statistical reports, each containing at minimum: an abstract, introduction, methodology, results with visualisations, discussion, limitations, and a conclusion section. All reports shall be submitted in both PDF and editable Word formats.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Valencia Analytics & Data Solutions S.L. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and the named Statistician (hereinafter "the Service Provider") upon written acceptance by both parties.
2. All services shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the Col·legi Oficial de Estadística de la Comunitat Valenciana and the ethical guidelines of the Royal Statistical Society (RSS) and the American Statistical Association (ASA).
3. The Statistician warrants that all analyses will be conducted with full independence, objectivity, and adherence to the highest standards of statistical integrity. No conflicts of interest shall exist at the time of engagement.
4. Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the IBAN specified in Section 1 within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales of Spain.

6. The Statistician shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Spain Valencia.
7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Law (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil) of Spain. The parties agree to attempt mediation before the Colegio de Abogados de Valencia prior to initiating any judicial proceedings.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, specifically the Spanish Civil Code and the applicable commercial legislation of the Comunitat Valenciana.
9. The Statistician reserves the right to sub-contract no more than 20% of the total workload to a qualified junior statistician, provided prior written consent is obtained from the Buyer and all quality standards of this Purchase Order are maintained.
10. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Valencia region, shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order for the duration of the event, with written notice provided within 48 hours.
