The Statistician shall be physically based and perform all duties within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area, specifically at the Purchaser's headquarters located on Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This Purchase Order governs the full scope of professional services, compensation, deliverables, and contractual obligations associated with the Statistician's assignment.

The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties while stationed in Thailand Bangkok:

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Thai Civil and Commercial Code and applicable labor regulations in Thailand Bangkok.
