3. 4. Confidentiality: The Statistician and all supporting personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All data, models, and reports generated under this Purchase Order are the exclusive intellectual property of Meridian Analytics Group Ltd.
5. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-IST-04872) and be submitted to the finance department in Turkey Istanbul.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Statistician shall be compensated for all hours worked and approved deliverables completed up to the termination date.

Acceptance of deliverables shall be confirmed in writing within ten (10) business days of submission. Any discrepancies or required revisions must be communicated within this acceptance window.
