The Statistician shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary datasets and shall comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as well as all data protection statutes applicable in the State of Illinois and the United States Chicago municipal code.

• Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Seller, in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Order.
