1. Scope of Work: The Statistician and supporting statistical personnel shall perform all duties as outlined in this Purchase Order. Any material change to the scope of services, including additional modeling projects or extended on-site requirements in United States Houston, shall require a written amendment to this Purchase Order signed by both parties.
2. Performance Standards: The Statistician shall adhere to recognized statistical methodologies, maintain full reproducibility of all analyses, and provide transparent documentation of assumptions, limitations, and confidence intervals for every model delivered under this Purchase Order.
3. Confidentiality and Data Security: All data processed by the Statistician in connection with this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential.
