Any deviation from the approved statistical methodology must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Party for approval prior to implementation.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Party and the Statistician upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America.
2. Payment shall be made via wire transfer to the bank account designated by the Statistician within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
3. The Statistician warrants that all work product, including but not limited to statistical models, code, reports, and analyses, shall be original and shall not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of third parties.
