The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full engagement of the Statistician for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, during which the Statistician shall provide expert statistical consulting, design and execute multivariate regression analyses, develop Bayesian predictive models, conduct hypothesis testing for clinical trial data, and produce comprehensive statistical reports. All work product generated under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Meridian Analytics & Research Group, LLC, and the Statistician agrees to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with New York State data protection statutes applicable within United States New York City.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Analytics & Research Group, LLC and the named Statistician upon signature by both parties. All services shall be rendered in compliance with the professional standards of the American Statistical Association and applicable regulations within United States New York City.
2. The Statistician shall dedicate a minimum of sixty (60) hours per week to the projects outlined in this Purchase Order and shall report progress to the Buyer's Director of Quantitative Research on a bi-weekly basis.
3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Statistician. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under New York State commercial law.
4. All statistical models, datasets, reports, and intellectual property developed by the Statistician under this Purchase Order shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Buyer. The Statistician grants a perpetual, irrevocable license to the Buyer for all work product.
5. The Statistician shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, naming Meridian Analytics & Research Group, LLC as an additional insured. Proof of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement of services in United States New York City.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Statistician shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, and the Buyer shall be entitled to all completed deliverables.
7. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States New York City. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. The Statistician agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations within United States New York City, including but not limited to data privacy laws, professional licensing requirements, and workplace safety standards.
9. Any amendments or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or modifications shall be null and void.
