This Purchase Order authorizes the engagement of a qualified Statistician to provide specialized quantitative analysis services to Corporación Analítica del Caribe, C.A. The Statistician, Dr. María Elena Rodríguez, holds a Doctorate in Applied Statistics from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and possesses over fifteen years of professional experience in biostatistics, industrial quality assurance, and public health epidemiology. All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily at the company's headquarters in Venezuela Caracas, with occasional fieldwork in surrounding municipalities as required by the project scope.
The Statistician is expected to maintain full compliance with Venezuelan data protection regulations, including the Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales, and shall ensure that all statistical analyses conducted in Venezuela Caracas adhere to international standards set by the American Statistical Association and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001:2015).
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Corporación Analítica del Caribe, C.A. and the named Statistician for the provision of professional statistical services in Venezuela Caracas.
