This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nile Medical Center & Surgical Institute, located in Egypt Cairo, to formally engage the services of a qualified Surgeon for the provision of surgical procedures, pre-operative consultations, post-operative care, and related medical services within the facility. Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Nile Medical Center & Surgical Institute (hereinafter "the Facility") and the named Surgeon (hereinafter "the Provider") for the provision of surgical and related medical services in Egypt Cairo.
- The Surgeon shall maintain a valid Egyptian medical license, board certification in General and Vascular Surgery, and professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 10,000,000 for the entire duration of this Purchase Order.
- All surgical procedures performed under this Purchase Order shall adhere to the clinical protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines established by the Facility and the Egyptian Ministry of Health.
- The Surgeon shall be available for emergency call-outs within 45 minutes of notification at the Facility location in Egypt Cairo, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
- Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Surgeon. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-EGC-2025-04782) and include detailed itemization of procedures performed.
- The Surgeon shall submit monthly activity reports to the Facility's Medical Director, detailing the number of procedures performed, complications encountered, and patient outcomes, to be filed with the Facility's quality assurance department in Egypt Cairo.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Surgeon shall complete all scheduled procedures already booked and provide appropriate handover documentation to a replacement surgeon designated by the Facility.
- All patient data and medical records generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the property of the Facility and shall be handled in strict accordance with Egyptian data protection laws and the Facility's confidentiality policy.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
- The Surgeon acknowledges that this Purchase Order does not create an employment relationship. The Surgeon is engaged as an independent medical professional providing services to the Facility.
