3.1. The Surgeon shall hold a valid French medical license (Inscription à l'Ordre des Médecins des Bouches-du-Rhône) and appropriate malpractice insurance coverage with a minimum liability of €5,000,000 for the entire duration of this Purchase Order.
3.2. All surgical procedures shall be performed in strict adherence to the protocols established by the hospital's medical board in France Marseille. The Surgeon is required to submit detailed operative reports within 24 hours of each procedure to the hospital's medical records department.
3.3. The purchasing entity reserves the right to audit the Surgeon's clinical documentation, patient outcome data, and compliance records at any reasonable time during the service period. 3.4.
