- This Purchase Order is issued by Hôpital Central de la République, France Paris, and constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of Surgeon services and associated medical equipment as detailed above. All parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order governs the professional relationship between the France Paris hospital and the named Surgeon for the specified contract period.
- The Surgeon, Dr. Laurent Moreau, warrants that he holds a valid medical license issued by the Ordre des Médecins de France and that all professional qualifications, certifications, and registrations required to practice cardiothoracic surgery in France Paris are current and in good standing throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- All surgical procedures referenced in this Purchase Order shall be conducted in strict compliance with the French Public Health Code (Code de la Santé Publique), the regulations of the Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament et des Produits de Santé (ANSM), and the internal clinical protocols of the France Paris hospital.
- The Surgeon shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 per claim for the entire term of this Purchase Order. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the France Paris procurement office prior to the commencement of services.
- Payment for all line items under this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Surgeon within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. - Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of France Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris). The governing law of this Purchase Order is the law of the French Republic.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
