3.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Surgeon for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

3.7 All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Russia Moscow in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.

All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively at the premises of the Federal Medical Center No. 1, located at 123456, Russia Moscow, Leninsky Prospekt, 28. The Surgeon shall report to the surgical department at the times specified in the weekly schedule provided by the Chief of Surgery. No services shall be rendered at any location outside of Russia Moscow without a formal amendment to this Purchase Order.
