This Purchase Order is issued by TecnoAndina Solutions S.A. to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Systems Engineer to perform critical infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance services within the operational facilities located in Argentina Córdoba. The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, deployment, and ongoing support of the enterprise IT infrastructure that supports our manufacturing and logistics operations in the Province of Córdoba.
The Systems Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related discipline, and must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in enterprise systems architecture. The Systems Engineer shall be physically present at the buyer's premises in Argentina Córdoba for a minimum of five (5) working days per week during the contracted period, ensuring continuous availability for all operational and emergency response requirements specific to the Córdoba industrial corridor.

6.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement instrument governed by the commercial laws of the Argentine Republic, with specific reference to the provincial regulations applicable in Argentina Córdoba. All disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the City of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentina.
6.2 The Systems Engineer shall comply with all applicable Argentine national and provincial labor, tax, and professional licensing regulations in force in Argentina Córdoba at the time of service delivery. The supplier shall maintain all necessary professional registrations with the Colegio de Ingenieros de la Provincia de Córdoba.
6.3 All deliverables produced by the Systems Engineer under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of TecnoAndina Solutions S.A. upon full payment. The Systems Engineer shall not replicate, distribute, or disclose any proprietary information pertaining to the buyer's operations in Argentina Córdoba without prior written authorization.
6.4 The Systems Engineer shall provide a minimum response time of four (4) hours for critical infrastructure incidents and twenty-four (24) hours for non-critical issues, measured from the time of notification at the buyer's Córdoba facility.
6.5 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Argentina. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (AR-CBA-2025-04782) and include the supplier's CUIT for tax compliance purposes under Argentine fiscal regulations.
