The Systems Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing IT infrastructure across all Brazil São Paulo office locations and produce a detailed assessment report within the first fifteen (15) business days of commencement.
• Design and deploy a scalable server and storage architecture capable of supporting a minimum of 2,500 concurrent users, with redundancy and failover mechanisms compliant with Brazilian data protection regulations (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados).
• Implement and configure enterprise network infrastructure, including firewall rules, VLAN segmentation, load balancing, and secure remote access protocols for distributed teams operating in Brazil São Paulo and other regions.
• Integrate hybrid cloud solutions (AWS and Microsoft Azure) with on-premises systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization and disaster recovery capabilities with an RTO of no more than four (4) hours.

1. Commencement Date: The Systems Engineer engagement shall commence on July 1, 2025, at the Meridian Technology Solutions Ltda. office in Brazil São Paulo, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
2. Duration: The primary project phase shall span a period of six (6) months, followed by a six-month maintenance and support period as outlined in Line Item 05.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 35% upon completion of the infrastructure deployment phase, and 25% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payments shall be processed via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated by the vendor.
4. Confidentiality: The Systems Engineer and all personnel assigned by the vendor shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary systems, data, or facilities in Brazil São Paulo. All information shall be treated as strictly confidential for a period of three (3) years following project completion.
