The Systems Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support of the Buyer's enterprise computing infrastructure, network architecture, server environments, and data center systems. All work shall be performed in accordance with the standards and regulations applicable to professional engineering services in Canada Vancouver and the Province of British Columbia.

The Systems Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Buyer's premises in Canada Vancouver:

• Design and architecture of scalable enterprise server infrastructure, including virtualization platforms, storage area networks, and high-availability clusters.
• Implementation and configuration of network systems, including routing, switching, firewall management, and load balancing solutions.
• Migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-hybrid environments compliant with Canadian data residency and privacy regulations (PIPEDA).
• Performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization of all IT infrastructure components.
• Development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans specific to the Canada Vancouver operational site.
• Vendor coordination and hardware procurement oversight for all systems components.
• Documentation of all system designs, configurations, and change management records.
• On-site support and troubleshooting at the Buyer's facility in Canada Vancouver during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time).

The total value of this Purchase Order for Systems Engineer services is as follows:

All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Canada Revenue Agency. The Supplier shall provide itemized invoices monthly, referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-VAN-SE-0472) on all billing documents.

Payment for all Systems Engineer services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice by the Buyer. Payment shall be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's designated bank account in Canada. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act applicable in the Province of British Columbia, Canada Vancouver jurisdiction.

• Compliance: The Systems Engineer shall comply with all applicable federal and provincial laws of Canada, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the Canada Labour Code, and all municipal bylaws of the City of Vancouver, British Columbia.
