This Purchase Order is issued by Tecnología Avanzada S.A.S. to formally authorize the procurement of professional Systems Engineer services to be rendered in Colombia Medellín. The engagement covers the full-cycle design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-level IT infrastructure systems for our operations center located in the El Poblado district of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. - Acceptance: This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the vendor. The vendor must confirm acceptance of this Purchase Order within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Commencement: All Systems Engineer services shall commence no later than July 1, 2025, at the designated facility in Colombia Medellín. The Systems Engineer must present valid professional credentials, Colombian work authorization, and proof of professional liability insurance prior to the start date.
- Deliverables: The Systems Engineer shall deliver all project documentation, system blueprints, configuration files, and as-built reports in both Spanish and English. All deliverables must be submitted to the project manager at Tecnología Avanzada S.A.S., Colombia Medellín office.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of implementation phase, and 20% upon final acceptance and sign-off. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Colombia. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-MED-0487).
- Compliance: The Systems Engineer must adhere to all applicable Colombian labor laws, data protection regulations (Ley 1581 de 2012), and municipal ordinances of Medellín, Antioquia. Any violation shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
- Confidentiality: The Systems Engineer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary systems, data, and business processes encountered during the engagement in Colombia Medellín. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A.
- Warranty: All work performed by the Systems Engineer carries a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects or failures within this period shall be remediated at no additional cost.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all work completed and documented up to the termination date.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
