The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of complex server environments, virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V), network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper), and hybrid cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, OVHcloud). The role requires a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in systems engineering, with demonstrated expertise in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), Windows Server, and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).

All services rendered by the Systems Engineer shall be performed primarily at the France Lyon headquarters, with the understanding that occasional travel to client sites within the France Lyon metropolitan area and surrounding departments (Rhône, Métropole de Lyon, Isère) may be required. The Systems Engineer must hold a valid French work permit or be a French/EU national to legally perform services within France Lyon.

4.1 Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in quarterly installments, net 30 days from the date of invoice. 4.2 Performance and SLA: The Systems Engineer shall adhere to a 99.9% availability SLA for all critical infrastructure managed. Response times for P1 incidents shall not exceed 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–18:00 CET, France Lyon local time) and 30 minutes for after-hours critical events. Failure to meet these benchmarks for three consecutive months shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.

4.3 Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Systems Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) compliant with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) prior to commencing work in France Lyon. All client data processed within the France Lyon facility shall remain subject to strict access controls and shall not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

4.5 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of France Lyon (Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon).

4.6 Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €2,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the duration of the Systems Engineer's engagement in France Lyon. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding commitment upon signature by both parties.
