This Purchase Order is issued by TechNova Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Systems Engineer to be deployed and operational in India Bangalore. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full lifecycle of the Systems Engineer engagement, including onboarding, active service delivery, periodic performance reviews, and a structured offboarding process. All work shall be performed at the designated India Bangalore office premises unless otherwise authorized in writing by the purchasing organization.

- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to acknowledge within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- The Systems Engineer shall report to the India Bangalore office located at Whitefield Main Road, Karnataka, and shall adhere to the standard working hours of 09:00 IST to 18:00 IST, Monday through Friday.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 60% upon successful completion of the first six-month milestone, and the remaining 10% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Systems Engineer deliverables.
- The Systems Engineer shall comply with all applicable Indian labor laws, data protection regulations (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), and the internal IT security policies of TechNova Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Any changes to the scope of work, duration, or deliverables outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties.
- The Systems Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary systems, architectures, and data encountered during the engagement in India Bangalore. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annexure A.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in India Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The supplier shall provide a dedicated Systems Engineer with a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in enterprise systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and network engineering.
- All invoices submitted under this Purchase Order must reference the Purchase Order number PO-2025-BLR-SE-0047 and include valid GST documentation.
The Systems Engineer shall deliver the following as part of this Purchase Order engagement in India Bangalore:
- A comprehensive systems architecture document detailing all integrated components.
- Monthly performance reports covering uptime, incident resolution, and capacity planning.
- Quarterly audit reports assessing compliance with ISO 27001 and internal security standards.
- A final handover document including all configuration files, access credentials (encrypted), and operational runbooks.
Acceptance of deliverables shall be confirmed in writing by the Director of Engineering, TechNova Solutions Pvt. Ltd., within ten (10) business days of submission.
