This Purchase Order is issued by Meridiana Digital Infrastructure S.r.l. to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Systems Engineer to be deployed and operational within the Italy Naples metropolitan area. The engagement covers the design, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-grade IT infrastructure systems serving our client base across the Campania region. The Systems Engineer shall report directly to the Naples-based Technical Operations Division and shall perform all duties in compliance with Italian labor regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and applicable EU data protection directives (GDPR).
The Systems Engineer is expected to possess a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in enterprise systems architecture, network engineering, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and cybersecurity protocols. Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory, given the bilingual operational environment in Italy Naples. The candidate must hold at least one of the following certifications: Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.

All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the primary office located at Via Toledo 187, 80132 Naples (NA), Italy, and at the secondary data center facility at Via Coroglio 55, 80125 Naples (NA), Italy. The Systems Engineer shall be physically present in Italy Naples a minimum of four (4) days per week, with the remaining day allocated to remote monitoring and support. Any travel to satellite offices within the Campania region (including Salerno, Caserta, and Avellino) shall be pre-authorized in writing by the Buyer's project manager.
- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the Supplier. The Supplier shall return a signed copy within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute automatic acceptance under Italian Civil Code Article 1326.
- Payment Schedule: Invoicing shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by TechBridge Consulting SpA within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by EU Directive 2011/7/EU.
- Performance Standards: The Systems Engineer shall maintain a minimum system uptime of 99.9% for all managed infrastructure in the Italy Naples region. Monthly performance reports shall be submitted to the Buyer by the 5th business day of the following month.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: The Systems Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shall process all personal data in strict compliance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with fifteen (15) days' notice. Upon termination, the Systems Engineer shall complete a full knowledge-transfer handover within ten (10) business days.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Napoli (Naples Court), Italy Naples.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Italy Naples area, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns.
- Subcontracting: The Supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the Systems Engineer engagement without prior written consent from the Buyer.
This Purchase Order has been reviewed and approved by the undersigned authorized representatives of both parties. By signing below, each party acknowledges the terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document pertaining to the procurement of Systems Engineer services in Italy Naples.
