• Configuration and management of network systems including firewalls, load balancers, and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans specific to the operational environment in Ivory Coast Abidjan, accounting for local power grid reliability and connectivity constraints.
• Provision of 24/7 on-site and remote technical support for all IT systems hosted at the Abidjan facility.
• Quarterly infrastructure audits, performance benchmarking, and capacity planning reports submitted to the Procurement Director.
• Compliance with all applicable data protection regulations under Ivorian law, including the Code des Postes et Télécommunications of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.

The Systems Engineer shall report for duty at the TechSolutions West Africa SARL facility located at Boulevard de Vridi, Cocody, Abidjan, Ivory Coast, no later than 01 July 2025. The initial infrastructure setup phase (Line Item 02) must be completed within 30 calendar days of the deployment date. The Systems Engineer is expected to work a standard 5-day week (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 GMT) with availability for emergency callouts as specified in Line Item 03. All work shall be performed in Ivory Coast Abidjan unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
• Monthly professional services fees (Line Item 01) are due within 30 days of the end of each calendar month.
• The one-time setup fee (Line Item 02) is payable 50% upon contract signing and 50% upon successful completion and sign-off of the infrastructure deployment.
• Emergency callout fees (Line Item 03) are invoiced monthly and payable within 15 days of invoice receipt.
• Quarterly audit fees (Line Item 04) are payable within 20 days of delivery of the audit report.
• Training session fees (Line Item 05) are payable within 15 days of each completed session.
• Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Ivorian commercial law.

• The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice in the event of material breach, sustained underperformance, or failure to meet the service level objectives defined in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
• The Supplier shall ensure that the Systems Engineer complies with all local labor regulations, work permit requirements, and tax obligations applicable in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
