This Purchase Order is issued by Myanmar Digital Infrastructure Solutions Co., Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Systems Engineer to be deployed and stationed in Myanmar Yangon for a period of twelve (12) months. The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the integrated IT infrastructure systems at the buyer's primary data center and three (3) satellite office locations within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations related to the engagement of the Systems Engineer and associated services.

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account. Payment shall be structured as follows:

  • 30% Advance Payment: USD 75,960.00 due within ten (10) business days of the signed acceptance of this Purchase Order.
  • Monthly Retainer: USD 18,000.00 per month for the Systems Engineer's professional services, payable on the first business day of each month.
  • Final Settlement: Remaining balance of USD 59,240.00 (covering items 02, 03, 04, 05, and 06) to be paid in two equal installments at the six-month and twelve-month milestones.

Any payment not received within the stipulated period shall incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. All payments are subject to the buyer's standard accounts payable verification process in Myanmar Yangon.

The Systems Engineer shall report to the buyer's primary office in Myanmar Yangon no later than 1 August 2025. The supplier is responsible for arranging international travel, securing the appropriate Myanmar work permit, and completing all local registration requirements for the Systems Engineer prior to the deployment date. The Systems Engineer shall work a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 Myanmar Standard Time (MST, UTC+6:30), with on-call availability for critical infrastructure incidents as outlined in Item 05 of this Purchase Order.

  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the international commercial arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in the event of any dispute.
  2. The Systems Engineer shall comply with all applicable Myanmar labor regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards while performing duties in Myanmar Yangon.
  3. All intellectual property, documentation, and system configurations developed by the Systems Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of Myanmar Digital Infrastructure Solutions Co., Ltd.
  4. The supplier warrants that the Systems Engineer possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in enterprise systems engineering, holds relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent), and is proficient in the buyer's existing technology stack.
  5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  6. The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 1,000,000 for the duration of the Systems Engineer's engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
  7. All communications, reports, and deliverables related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Systems Engineer services in Myanmar Yangon.
