The Systems Engineer(s) engaged under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a directly related discipline from a recognised institution in Nigeria or internationally.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience as a Systems Engineer, with at least three (3) years in large-scale government or enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Valid professional certification(s) including but not limited to: Cisco CCNP/CCIE, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+.
- Demonstrated proficiency in network architecture, server virtualisation, cloud migration, cybersecurity frameworks, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Willingness and legal eligibility to work and reside in Nigeria Abuja for the full project duration, including possession of a valid CAC-registered work permit or expatriate quota where applicable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce technical documentation suitable for Nigerian regulatory and audit bodies.
- 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All services shall be rendered in Nigeria Abuja unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 4.2 The Supplier shall assign a dedicated Systems Engineer team lead who shall report directly to the Buyer's Project Director in Nigeria Abuja on a weekly basis.
- 4.3 Payment shall be made in monthly instalments within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) prevailing rate.
- 4.4 The Supplier shall comply with all applicable Nigerian laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015, and all Federal Capital Territory (Abuja) regulatory requirements.
- 4.5 The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach, failure to meet performance milestones, or insolvency of the Supplier.
- 4.6 All intellectual property, documentation, and deliverables produced by the Systems Engineer in the course of this engagement shall vest in the Buyer upon full payment.
- 4.7 The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than NGN 50,000,000 for the duration of the contract, with the Buyer named as an additional insured party.
- 4.8 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Buyer's internal procurement policy and the Public Procurement Act (Cap P20, LFN 2004) where applicable. The Supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and confirms its acceptance of all terms, conditions, and the scope of work described herein.
