- This Purchase Order is issued by Lagos Infrastructure & Technology Solutions Ltd. and constitutes a binding request for the procurement of Systems Engineer professional services and associated hardware equipment for deployment in Nigeria Lagos.
- All Systems Engineer personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold valid professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, or Microsoft Azure Administrator) and must be legally authorised to work in Nigeria Lagos.
- The vendor shall ensure that every Systems Engineer assigned to this contract undergoes a background verification and security clearance prior to physical access to the Nigeria Lagos data centre premises.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful commissioning and handover of all Systems Engineer-deployed systems, and 20% upon completion of the 90-day warranty period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Nigeria Lagos.
- Delivery and installation of all hardware items shall be completed no later than 31 July 2025 at the Nigeria Lagos site. The Systems Engineer team shall provide a signed commissioning report within five (5) business days of completion.
- The vendor warrants that all Systems Engineer services will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner in accordance with industry best practices and applicable Nigerian regulatory standards, including those set by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
- Any changes to the scope of Systems Engineer work, additional personnel, or revised timelines must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties before execution.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Nigeria Lagos.
